The Social Witness considers that, in general terms, the reference procedure was carried out in accordance with the Law of Acquisitions, Leases and Services of the Public Sector, its Regulations and other provisions related to the process.
During the work meetings generated by the convener, the information concerning the development and witnessing activities was obtained, as well as for the development of the acquisition process object of said tender.
Regarding the Market Research, the information generated and provided to the Social Witness, served as the basis for the analysis carried out on the offers presented in this Tender and the criteria for the evaluation of the proposals presented by the participants.
Due to the foregoing, it is considered that the tender was carried out in compliance with the provisions of article 134 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, as described in the LAASSP, its Regulations, the Call and applicable Internal Regulations, prevailing the transparency and equal conditions for all participants.
