This program is part of a set of proposals from civil society aimed to promote the creation of a new legal framework and the implementation of better practices that can effectively institute early warning and whistleblowing tools to identified suspicious and detect possible attitudes and behaviors outside of ethics and good business practices in both public and private sectors. Therefore, the program carries out investigation, dissemination and promotion actions that seek to influence the agenda and in the search of solutions to advance in the consolidation of a regulatory framework that can promote the use of early warning and whistleblowing tools and, at the same time, the protection of whistleblowers.
