Supervision and Follow Up of Government Programs

This program is based on the implementation of strategic projects that allow us to detect compliance failures, deficiencies and other opportunity areas in the operating processes of the government programs, in order to solve and diminish inconsistencies in the development of the activities, to correct some of its operational processes and to perform them in a way that is efficient to reduce execution times.
