In the opinion of the Social Witness, the reference Public Tender process was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law on the matter and its Regulations, as well as with what is established in the call for the tender.
It is recommended that the IMSS better organize the logistics and the contract signing procedure since it was not perceived as an orderly and organized act. Lack of care in preparing the contents of the contracts and lack of cooperation of the delegations and UMAES with the central area were noted.
