Witness comments:
The Social Witness observed that the stages and activities of the Public Tender to grant the Use, Exploitation and Commercial Exploitation of 40 Mhz of Radioelectric Spectrum available in the Frequency Band 2000-2020/2180-2200 Mhz for the provision of the Complementary Terrestrial Service of the Mobile Service by Satellite (Tender No. IFT-9), carried out, adhered in a timely and punctual manner to the provisions of the legal systems and the applicable regulations established in the Bidding Terms, prioritizing throughout the procedure the equality of conditions for all interested parties, participants and winning participants, depending on the stage.
Being the important points:

2 radio spectrum concession titles for commercial use and 2 single concession titles for commercial use were delivered to 2 Winning Participants.
- In order to obtain the concession titles, the winning participants complied with all the numerals established in the Bases of this bidding procedure.
Likewise, from the work meetings held between the public servants of the Convening Body and the Social Witness, the latter was able to fully understand the way in which this bidding procedure was carried out, which served as the basis for the work carried out by the Social Witness.
