Witness comments:
The Social Witness observed that all the stages of the contracting process were carried out adhering to the provisions of the Public Sector Acquisitions, Leasing and Services Law and its Regulations and to the provisions of the Call for Tender.
The convener, through the requesting, technical and contracting areas, provided the Social Witness with the necessary facilities for the development of his activities in all stages of the bidding procedure.
For all of the above, this Social Witness considers that the National Public Tender No. LA-050GYR014-E810-2021, for the contracting of the daycare service "Single Community Neighborhood Scheme" instrumented by the Veracruz Norte Regional Administrative Operation Body of the Institute Mexican Social Security, was carried out in compliance with the provisions of article 134 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, as provided in the Law of Acquisitions, Leases and Services of the Public Sector, its Regulations, the Call and Regulations applicable, prevailing transparency and equal conditions for all participants
