The Social Witness considers that the International Electronic Public Tender under the Coverage of Free Trade Agreements with Government Procurement Chapter No. La-050gyr040-E3-2019, for the "Acquisition of Medical Equipment and Furniture, 2019, referring to the Programs of "Replacement of Medical and Instrumental Equipment" and "Substitution of Sterilizers" of the Mexican Institute of Social Security, were carried out in compliance with the provisions of Article 134 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, as provided in the Law of Acquisitions, Leases and Services of the Public Sector, its Regulations, the Call and Applicable Regulations, prevailing transparency and equal conditions for all participants.
